Is scoil lán-Ghaeilge í Gaelscoil an Choillín a bunaíodh sa bhliain 2006. Is í an Ghaeilge teanga teagaisc na scoile agus is í an Ghaeilge an teanga cumarsáide idir na múinteoirí, na páistí agus pobal na scoile.Tá Gaelscoil an Choillín suite i gCoillín, An Mhuileann gCearr i láthair na huaire, cúpla nóiméad ó lár an bhaile.

Gaelscoil an Choillín was founded in 2006 and is a vertical co-educational Irish National Primary School catering for all classes from Junior Infants to 6th Class. Irish is the main medium of teaching in the school and it is also the main means of communication between the teachers, children and school community. We operate under the patronage of An Foras Pátrúnachta na Scoileanna LánGhaeilge Teoranta. Gaelscoil an Choillín is presently located beside Cullion Hurling Club, a few minutes just outside Mullingar town itself.

Gaelscoil an Choillín is Mullingar town's second all-irish national primary school. It operates a very friendly and child-centred approach whereby family values as well as individual beliefs are respected and supported. 

The school has an Interdenominational Ethos respecting all Christian Faiths while providing excellent religious instruction in the Alive O Programme and preparing children for the Sacraments of First Confession, First Holy Communion and Confirmation in cooperation and partnership with Cathedral House and Mullingar Parish.
